GETTING STARTED. Getting started is easier than you think! Give us a call and we'll set up an initial consultation at a time convenient for you. This is when we discuss which service you are interested in and how to proceed. Expect to spend about an hour. The Home Staging options are more straightforward and include two options which you can see below.

- INITIAL CONSULTATION. And... if you decide to use JOY HOME DESIGN, we will apply the cost of the initial consultation toward the cost of whatever service you choose whether it be Room Redesign or Decorating.

HOME STAGING. Let us put the JOY back in your life! We offer staging consultations as well as hands on staging services. Staging your home and living in your home are two different things. We want your home to appeal to as many buyers as possible and that is the specialty of JOY HOME DESIGN. As Accredited Staging Professionals™ or ASPs we have received specific professional training and passed a thorough examination on preparing homes for sale. We are members of the IAHSP International Assocation of Home Staging Professionals and can be found on the industry's leading website www.stagedhomes.com™. STAGING CONSULTATION for OCCUPIED HOMES. We offer a Walk 'n' Talk Consultation where we go through your home room by room and you take the notes about what exactly needs to be done to prepare the home for sale. With this service you receive discounts on Sherwin Williams paints, PODS storage and 1-800-GOT-JUNK as well as wholesale pricing on boxes shipped right to your door. We can also list your house on stagedhomes.com and provide stagedhome signage for your yard sign that will draw more attention to the property.
After the consultation we will be able to provide you a price for Joy Home Design to do any or all of the staging work for you. We will also be able to provide you a quote for any rental furniture or accessories that may be needed after the consultation. We complete all staging work in 1 day and are licensed and fully insured for your protection.
- VACANT HOUSE STAGING. There is a $75 charge to come to your vacant property in order to provide a quotation to stage it. We have furniture and accessories available to rent and can work within your budget. We can provide you a quote within 24-48 hours max of visiting your property. We will apply the $75 toward the cost of staging if you decide to go forward with it. We have our own inventory but also work with major furniture rental companies to provide a broad range of styles.

ROOM REDESIGN. In one day your room can go from good to great using what you already have! The day of the redesign, we take everything out of the room and reload it using your furniture, artwork and accessories but arranging them in a way that you may never have thought of in order to give your room that professionally designed touch. With your permission, we may shop your home for other items that would work well in the room.
With your help we will hang artwork, arrange bookshelves and collections and basically put the room back together so that when we are finished you could even have a party that night! We may also provide a list of things that we feel would help enhance the room. We'd be happy to help you find these items and install them in your home.

- ROOM REDESIGN $275. This is per room and typically takes 3-4 hours. If additional labor is needed it would be advised during our initial consultation and would be an additional $20/hour.

DECORATING. Sometimes you need a professional opinion regarding your decorating choices or you may need help with paint selection or those finishing touches. We have a wealth of ideas and knowledge to help your home shine. Let JOY HOME DESIGN help you discover what you need.

- CONSULTING by the HOUR. Whether it be help with paint selection, furniture placement, or help shopping... we can help you make the right choices before you make the investment! You have to live in your home every day, why waste time and money trying to decide if you are making a good choice or not. We can give our recommendations, ideas and opinions and/or we can shop for the pieces for you.
