What Is Home Staging™?

In today's buyer's market, it's essential that your home make a great first impression on house hunters. Home Staging™ is the art and science of furnishing and decorating a home so that it appeals to as many buyers as possible. As Accredited Staging Professionals™ (or ASPs), we have received professional training and passed a thorough examination on preparing homes for sale.

Design for living and design for selling are two different things, but we are masters of both. Twelve of the most recent homes we have staged have gone under contract in an average of 15 days. The national average is 120 days or more, so it's clear that working with us makes a difference.

Staging Consultation for Occupied Homes

Staging your home for sale is easy when you have professional help. During our signature "Walk 'n' Talk Staging Consultation," one of our ASPs goes through your home room by room, taking notes on what needs to be done in order to prepare your property for sale. After the consultation, we'll let you know how much it will cost for our team to do any or all of the staging work for you. We'll also provide a quote for any rental furniture or accessories that you may need. With our own movers and moving vans, we are able to complete all staging work within just one day.

Vacant House Staging

Well-chosen furnishings make a vacant home more attractive to buyers. Joy Home Design provides all the furniture and accessories you need to make your home shine. We have our own 2,100 sq. ft. warehouse full of inventory, so we can furnish anything from a small condo to a large single-family home. We also work with major furniture rental companies to provide the widest possible range of styles. You'll have a quote within 24-48 hours of our visit to your property.
